Daywise Trip Details:
Duration : 18 Days / 17 NightsPlaces Covered : Leh - Spituk - Zingchen - Rumbok - Stok - Leh - Uleytokpo - Lamayuru - Leh - Khardong La Pass - Tsomoriri - Tsokar - Serchu - Manali - Delhi.
Day 01 : Leh
Arrive Leh airport, received by our representative and transfer to hotel. Complete rest for the day after welcome tea and coffee by hotel. Check in the hotel. Lunch at 2,00 pm after lunch walking tour around Leh town includes a visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace or Sankar monastery. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 02 : Leh
Walking Tour of Leh Town; After the Breakfast start walking tour around Leh town includes a visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Sankar monastery. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 03 : Leh
Full day sight seeing , After the breakfast drive for full day sight seeing of Shey Palace, Thiksey & Hemis monastery. Lunch at Thiksey. Arrive back to Leh in the evening. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 04 : Leh
Free at Your Leisure. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 05 : PLeh / Spituk / Zingchen 5 hours.
After the breakfast drive to Spituk Bridge behind the Spituk monastery, around 7 kms from Leh town. Arrive Spituk bridge at Indus River and start your trek through flat and desolate plane at the foot of the Stok Mountain. Gradually, you will leave the view of busy Leh-Srinagar highway and move towards wilderness of Himalaya. The Mani wall below Zingchen, trail and gorge gives you a feeling of complete isolation. Overnight in Camp.
Day 06 : Zingchen / Rumbak 4-5 hours
Leave Zingchen for Rumbak through a straight forward road, leaving village, you enters Hemis national park for the preservation of Snow leopard, Baharal, marmot and wolf etc. Walk through a narrow trail and valley widens as you arrive Rumbak Overnight in Camp.
Day 07 :Rumbak / Stok / Leh 5-6 hours
Walk towards Sku and passing the village you can view a beautiful purple band of rocks and Ganda La pass (4380m) from where one can have a spectacular view of Stok Mountains. Arrive Sku after a good walk for around 5 hours. Overnight in Camp. .
Day 08 : Rumbak / Stok / Leh
River Rafting; After Breakfast drive to Phey a starting point for River Rafting. Finish your rafting at Nimmo and drive back to Leh. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 09 : Leh / Uleytokpo (62kms.)
After Breakfast drive to Uleytokpo en route visit Basgo Palace and Liker monastery. Arrive Uleytokpo by afternoon Check in Uley Ethnic Resort. Visit Alchi monastery and. spend rest of the day exploring the Alchi village. Overnight in the Resort.
Day 10 : Uleytokpo / Lamayuru / Leh
0800 Hrs. After the Breakfast drive for Lamayuru monasteries. Visit monastery and drive back to Leh. Hot Lunch at Uley Ethnic Resort. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 11 : Leh / Khardong La Pass
After the breakfast drive to Khardongla pass (The highest motor able road in the world. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 12 : Leh / Tsomoriri Lake 5-6 hrs
Drive to Tsomoriri Lake, around 240 Kms. via Upshi, Chumathang (hot spring) and Mahe Bridge. Arr. the Lake after a 6 or 7 hours drive. Overnight in Camp.
Day 13 : Tsomoriri / Tsokar 3-4 hrs.
After a walk around Tsomoriri Lake, drive to Tsokar (Salt Lake) via Polokongkala 5030 mtrs. to Sumdo in the Puga village near the site of old sulpher mines. Arrive. Tsokar after a 5 hours walk around the Lake. Overnight in the Camp.
Day 14 : Tsokar / Serchu 5-6 hrs.
After breakfast drive to Serchu via Lahulungla and Pang. Arrive Serchu by evening. Overnight in the Camp.
Day 15 : Serchu / Manali
After the breakfast drive to Manali via Darcha and Keylong. Lunch at Darcha. Evening reach Manali. Check in Hotel. (Tour Ends)
Day 16 : Manali
Sightseeing of Manali. O/N Hotel.
Day 17 : Manali to Delhi by Bus 12 Hrs
Proceed to Delhi Lunch on the way to Delhi. On arrival transfer to hotel. O/N Hotel.
Day 18 : RDelhi
Half day sightseeing of Delhi city. P.M. Free for shopping. Proceed to International airport for flight.
